Stylish, warm decor of the space – PRADO radiators of vertical design. Suitable for apartments and offices with panoramic windows, low window sills, and high ceilings. Vertical radiators are installed in addition to or instead of traditional horizontal heaters.

INSTALLATION

Installation of PRADO steel panel radiators must comply with the requirements of SP60.13330.2016 and SP73.13330.2016.

Radiators should be mounted on flat, prepared (plastered and painted) wall surfaces using brackets (mounting points). The distance between the radiator and the wall is determined by the design of the welded brackets on the back of the radiator and the mounting brackets themselves. The small and large bracket shelves allow the radiator to be installed with different gaps between the radiator and the wall.

Radiators must be installed in the following sequence:

mark the bracket (mounting point) locations;
fix the brackets to the wall using wall plugs;
remove the packaging only where the radiator will be connected to the heat supply lines and mounted to the brackets;
place the radiator onto the brackets;
connect the radiator to the supply pipes of the heating system.

100% Quality

PRADO steel panel radiators are designed specifically for the conditions of Russian heating systems.

They are engineered for use with a coolant temperature of up to 120 °C at a working pressure of 1.0 MPa. Each radiator undergoes a pressure test at 1.5 MPa during production.

GOST Standard

PRADO radiators fully comply with GOST 31311 “Heating Devices. General Technical Specifications.”

Laboratory tests of finished products show that PRADO radiators exceed the recommended GOST standards in many respects. For example, PRADO radiators can withstand a burst pressure of up to 3.5 MPa (35 bar), which is almost 1.5 times higher than the GOST 31311 requirements.

10-Year Warranty

We are confident in the exceptional quality of our products — that’s why we offer one of the longest warranties on the market.

The warranty period for PRADO steel panel radiators is 10 years from the date of manufacture, provided all requirements for operation, storage, transportation, and installation are met.

The warranty covers only defects caused by the manufacturer.

The warranty does not apply to radiators:

if the requirements for operation, storage, transportation, or installation have been violated;
with mechanical damage sustained during operation, storage, transportation, or installation;
showing signs of internal or external corrosion caused by chemically aggressive substances or improper use;
contaminated internally with solid particles or harmful liquids;
deformed due to excessive test or static pressure in the system, freezing, or water hammer.

If a Warranty Event Occurs

If a defect caused by the manufacturer is discovered during the warranty period, the radiator will be replaced by the manufacturer.

To fulfil warranty obligations, the date of manufacture must be visible — it is marked on each radiator on the reverse side of the lower welding seam.
